1.    Working environment

Sametel considers the company as a small society and social responsibilities are firstly being oriented to that society. We supposed that only if all employees are cared, they will ready to contribute to the company wholehearted, then product quality is ensured. We are not only selling mere product but also smiles from our members.

Besides national mandatory benefits such as insurance, healthcare, .etc. all employees will be benefited from a clean and hygiene working environment, especially for women. Regular festival, annual leaves, celebrations, contests... are held frequently to create the glue to hold all members together.

 
2.    Environment protection commitment

Factory activities would not contain poisonous air or wastage that freely absorbed by solid and land. To redundant materials, we have regular review  on dispose, or hire professionals to dismiss or recycle.

Environment protection commitment is also in our quality policy. Not only in the enterprise, each member of Sametel has the responsibility to protect living environment even when they are out of work..
